Do I need a skin / patch test before any lash treatment?Yes, you must have a patch test 24 hours prior to any treatment.

Do I need to fill out a medical form before coming to my appointment?No, however it can reduce the time you spend at your appointment if you choose to fill the form out prior to the day.

Do I need to pay a deposit?Yes, we require a XXX deposit to secure your booking.

Do you have gift vouchers available?Yes, please get in contact via our 'Contact' page to purchase one fo our vouchers.

What is your cancellation poilcy?We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with us ( on the day / or no show) you will be charged 50% of the treatment cancelled at your next appointment.
